Gujhia, pua, dahi bhalle and mutton are the special dishes that are cooked on Holi. Sevain is the special dish that is cooked on Eid.
Pua is cooked by frying maida in oil whereas sevain is cooked by boiling it in sugar and milk.

Special vessels like Kadhai made up of Iron is used to cook dishes like pua and Sevain is cooked in pans.
